Why I Advocate for Russian Education: My Story and Mission

When you think about studying abroad, which countries come to mind first? What about Russia? I have noticed that Russian education, for all its quality and history, often remains a big issue for international applicants. It's surrounded by myths, and its real opportunities are obscured by a lack of accessible information. This is precisely why I am here. Allow me to introduce myself and explain why I am dedicated to changing this.

My entire professional life has been connected to the field of education. I have studied at the university for 12 years in total including undergraduate, master’s and postgraduate studies. I have worked in different Russian universities as a manger or head of international office for 10 years in total. This experience opened my eyes to two things: the incredible potential of Russian universities and the immense challenges international students face.

I saw how talented applicants from abroad got lost in bureaucratic mazes. I spoke with university representatives who wanted to go global but didn't know how. I realized I could become the “bridge” that both sides needed.

That's how a true mission was born, not just an idea. My goal is to make Russian education an accessible and understandable choice for applicants from all over the world. I want to debunk myths and show the real picture: strong academic programs, affordable cost of living, and a rich culture. I strive to provide practical tools—from choosing a university to adaptation tips—to make your journey as smooth as possible. I believe that education is a bridge between cultures, and I want to help build that bridge
